Travel & Logistics for On-campus Programs

If you are flying into South Bend:
Several major airlines service the South Bend Regional Airport. Cab service is available from the airport. It is a 10-15 minute drive that averages $15. Rental cars are also available at the airport; however a car will not be necessary if you are staying at a hotel within walking distance of the University campus. If you are flying into Chicago:
If you are flying into Chicago, United Limo/Coach USA has a regular schedule of buses from Chicago O'Hare and Chicago Midway that will bring you to South Bend Airport where you can take a cab to your hotel. Parking & Directions
Please park in the Visitor Lot for the duration of the program unless you are parking at a nearby hotel. Directions and instructions for the Visitor Lot machine will be sent prior to the program.

We will send a final logistics email the week before the program, with detailed instructions for parking on campus.

Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided each day during the program. Dinners will be provided on days when there is an evening session.
Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements. Please see the "Program Fee/Lodging" option in the menu on the left for a list of hotels in the area.
Temperatures depend on time of year and the weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared for varying temperatures and a chance of rain.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all classroom sessions. No jeans please. A sweater or light jacket is suitable in the classroom due to varying temperature preferences.
